Kolhapuri Mutton
Kolhapuri mutton is one of the best tasting Indian mutton dishes. This dish uses lot of aromatic spices dry roasted and then ground, along with sesame seeds, poppy seeds and dry coconut.

Mutton Rogan Josh
Rogan josh consists of pieces of mutton braised with a gravy flavoured with garlic, ginger and aromatic spices and incorporating onions or yogurt. After initial braising, the dish may be finished using the slow cooking technique.

Bhattika Murgh
