Indian Bread (IB)
Roti
It is made from stoneground whole wheat flour, traditionally known as gehu ka atta and water that is combined into a dough. Sometimes, butter is applied on top of it.
Naan
Naan are flatbreads made with leavened dough which is cooked on a griddle (tawa) or a skillet on a stovetop. Alternatively, grilled in a tandoor or oven.
Paratha
Yummy triangle shaped Indian flat-bread made of whole-wheat flour. There are various types of parathas that one can prepare eg. with filling of aloo, gobi, paneer, etc.
Neer Dosa
A thin, soft and lacy crepe which, literally meaning water dosa in Tulu is a crêpe prepared from rice batter.
Appam
A type of pancake, made with fermented rice batter and coconut milk. Usually, served with green chutney or sambar.
Assorted Roti Basket
This basket consists of different types of Indian Breads. It contains roti, naan, paratha, neer dosa and appam. Also, one can drop the mentioned pieces and request for the other within specified quantity.
